To achieve such high levels of safety, Swope Construction adheres to a strict program developed using OSHA standards and adding to that a higher degree of safety expectations set by the company itself. Led by Larry McClintock, our safety program includes scheduled meetings with all employees, training seminars, and frequent on-site evaluations by both the safety director and an appointed safety employee. Also at Larry’s disposal is a custom, in-house developed safety program used to keep track of all our training and needs for improvement. This program performs all OSHA record keeping requirements as well as helps in maintaining the performance of our employees and subcontractors.
