FTP Login Problems

If you're having difficulty accessing the FTP site using the internet there are two options:

1. You may have internet option settings. Check these settings to make sure they are correct:
>>Tools >> Internet Options
Click the "Advanced" Tab
Under the heading "Browsing" make sure that "Enable FTP folder view" and "Use Passive FTP" are both checked.

2. Download a free FTP client such as FileZilla.
Use the following settings:
Host: swopeco.com
Username: Use the one provided by Swope
Password: Use the one provided by Swope
Then connect.
